This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending trial in Crime No. 21 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were found to be in illegal possession of 70 grams of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts of the case, the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
