(CRIME NO.208 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioners to report to the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8706 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8706 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
