This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give the police protection to the petitioner's property situated at Old Survey No.185/4 and New Survey No.185/8 situated at Thiruvanmiyur Village, Devendranagar, MylaporeTriplicane Taluk, Chennai District measuring to an extent of 88.5 cents (16 grounds) for laying the electric cable and further construction of the aforesaid property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner for police protection, a petition enquiry in CSR No.233 of 2015 is pending. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and afford protection to the property of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
