This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 28.05.2021 of the petitioner.

2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2021 has been enquired in CSR.No. E-1213654/2021and it has been closed as civil in nature on 24.06.2021. 3.At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondents to furnish the copy of the closure report on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
