ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on 03.07.2021, a notice was served to the petitioner and directed him to appear before the respondent police on 06.07.2021. A copy of the notice under Section 160 of Cr.P.C., and postal receipts have been produced.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that so far he has not received any notice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, he undertakes to appear before the respondent police.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 14.07.2021 and thereafter, the respondent police are directed to conduct enquiry. If any cognizance offence is made out, the First Information Report shall be registered, otherwise the complaint will be closed, with proper intimation to the petitioner.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
