Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to promote the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) according to the panel drawn for the year 01.01.2018 and confer all the consequential benefits by considering the representation dated 17.04.2018, made by the petitioner.

O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has been denied an opportunity of promotion and further, the name of the petitioner has not been considered for inclusion in the panel. 2.In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 17.04.2018. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and other Government Orders, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
