PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 or their subordinates not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2020 in the light of the decision of this Hon'ble Court in R.Mala case (2007) (3) L.W.68).
