ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the revision petitioner had died and the steps have already been taken in S.R.NO.15501 of 2014. It is further submitted that the papers were returned by the Registry for compliance of certain defects and that the same is yet to be represented.
2. Since the steps have not been taken within the time allowed by the statute, this Court is of view that the revision petition itself is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
