The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's request has already been rejected through letter No.045532/G.29/G.291/2017-1, dated 13.06.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the letter dated13.06.2023.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter No.045532/G.29/G.291/2017-1, dated 13.06.2023. No costs.
