ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.106/2015 on the file of respondent police, Chennai within a stipulated period of time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 08.02.2015, no final report has been filed till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.106 of 2015 and also filed a final report in C.C.No.51 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur District.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
