ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.04.2022, wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of his name from the history sheet maintained by the 3rd respondent in H.S.No.04/2019.

2. Heard Mr.A.S.Neela Narayan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.04.2022 in accordance with the guidelines issued by this Court in Sabari vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madurai City and Others reported in 2018 (4) MLJ Crl 585 and Thirumagan and another vs. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District and others reported in 2020 (2) LW Crl 266 and appropriate orders shall be passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
