ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report of the case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2020 in Crime No.996 of 2020 on the file of the respondent/police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.06.2020, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent/police shall to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent/police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
