This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 123 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Case.

2. This Court, vide order dated 29.04.2026 issued notice to the respondent. As per the office report dated 27.05.2026, notice has already been served upon the respondent, but today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the respondent. Even the respondent has also not present to argue the delay condonation application. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to say on the delay condonation application.

3. Thus, considering the ground taken in the affidavit for condonation of delay, this court, is convinced and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 123 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned.

5. The office is directed to allot regular number to this Revision and put up this case for admission on 29.06.2026 before the appropriate Bench. 11.06.2026 msr
