This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4525 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition since 05.03.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4525 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
