When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer dated 05.06.2025, was produced before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that approval has been granted.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monetary benefits are yet to be settled and requested this Court to fix a time frame.
3. Considering the above development, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to settle the monetary benefits within a period of four weeks to the petitioner, whose appointment has been approved as a Secondary Grade Teacher.
