By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be an agriculturist and state that there is a canal of 30 feet in breadth and it is running south to north through S.F.No.153/1,13, 12, 9A, 5, 6A, 9B, 10A, 10B and irrigating all of them including the petitioner's land. It is further stated by the petitioner that one Kaliyaperumal, the 4th respondent claiming to be the owner of 0.18.5 acres in "S.F.No.153/10B", made an attempt to trespass into the canal. An enquiry was conducted and he managed to get patta under UDR scheme. The petitioner in this regard has submitted a representation on 06.02.2014, based on which, the reports have been called for from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the concerned revenue authorities, however, it has not been given disposal. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4. Though the petitioner prays for larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2014, on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice to the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent.
