This petition has been filed to relax the condition is that Crl.OP.No.6994 of 2025 dated on 12.03.2025 with condition is that 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders and pending investigation in crime no.611 of 2024. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.6994 of 2025 dated on 12.03.2025 in para No. 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is relaxed.
