The prayer made in this writ petition for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's brick kiln business at S.F.No.345/2 in Elavamalai Village, Erode Taluk and District without following due process of law by considering his representation dated 28.04.2010. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the licence period itself is over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
