This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 25.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12544 of 2020 has been wrongly typed. He further submitted that in paragraph No.3, it has been wrongly typed as first respondent instead of second respondent and in paragraph 4 it has been wrongly typed as Crime No.280 of 2018 instead of 111 of 2017. He also submitted that the name of the petitioner's counsel has been wrongly typed. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner needs appropriate directions.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in the order dated 25.08.2020 in Crl.O.P. No.12544 of 2020 as follows :- 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
