This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(b) imposed in the order dated 17.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4018 of 2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4018 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
