COMMON O R DER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent in No.Ma.Aa.10 Na.Ka.No.Va THU.R4/8320/2019 dated 31.01.2020 and for a consequential direction to the 3 rd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's premises at Shop Nos.N10-N134-308-16G and N10-N134-308-10F, respectively, NSK Salai shopping complex, Chennai - 24.

It is submitted that similar challenge has been made before this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.2938 of 2020 etc. This Court, by order dated 14.12.2020, had dismissed the writ petitions and the entire shopping complex has also been demolished by the Corporation. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. In such view of the matter, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
