A.No.149 of 2024 in Comp.A.Nos.186 to188 of 2021 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., It is manifest from the records that this Court vide order dated 28.11.2022 in Company Application No.187 of 2021, permitted the Official Liquidator to transfer 40 percent of the interest accrued from investments to the common pool fund till 31.03.2024, and also granted liberty to approach this Court in case of any clarification or further direction is required.

2. Thus, by virtue of the said order dated 28.11.2022, the learned Official Liquidator was given liberty to seek for any clarification or direction, if required and accordingly, the present application is filed by the applicant seeking the following prayer:- a) To take the report on record;

b) To permit the Official Liquidator to transfer 40 percent of the interest accrued from investments to the common pool fund for a period from 01.04.2024 until 31.03.2025.
