PETITION seeking to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 2550/2025 in Crl.A.No. 292/2024 dt. 20.11.2025 with the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The present Miscellaneous Petition seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court on 20.11.2025. The conditions imposed are as follows: (i) The petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrare - I, Vellore;
(ii) The petitioners and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the trial Court may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity;
(iii) The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
(iv) On the failure of any of the above conditions by the petitioners/accused, it is open to the trial Court to commit the petitioners/accused into custody for undergoing the sentence.

Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appears for the respondents, on instructions, would confirm that the petitioners are diligent in abiding by the conditions that have been imposed, specifically point (iii), and would accede to the modification of the condition to the effect that the petitioners will appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
3. Hence, condition in S.No.(iii) imposed on 20.11.2025 is modified to read as follows:
(iii) The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
4. Barring the aforesaid modification, order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2550 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.292 of 2024 dated 20.11.2025 stands unaltered.
