Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Cetiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Corporation Resolution No.327/98 Sub.No.80 in Ref.No.W.D.C.No.D3/755/97 dated 29.04.1998 consequently followed by notice issued by the second respondent in Ref.No.Pa.To.Na.Ka.No.T4 / T.A.B / 334 / 2004 dated 27.01.2004 issued by the respondents and quash the order so far it relates to the demand of demolition charges as it is illegal, unconstitutional, ultra vires and against the principles of law and further directing the respondents to issue planning permission without insisting on demolition charges for New Door No.28, Old Door No.55, Pilkington Road, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 600 023.
