ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.09.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 & 29(i) of NDPS Act in Crime No.28 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation of 112 kgs. of Ganja by using a lorry and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is seen from the records that this is the fourth bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court on 24.08.2021, 06.12.2021 and 03.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15066, 23474 of 2021 and 2348 of 2022, respectively.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the fourth bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
