PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the Memo No.28/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 26.03.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband Visu @ Viswanathan, Son of Sankar, aged 21 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2679, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 03.05.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
