By consent, the Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner was called upon by the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.83,75,169/- as Additional Current Consumption Deposit for the industry. Instead of paying the entire amount in lump sum, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner seeks to pay the amount in 12 monthly installments regarding the H.T. Service Connection No.738. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

4.This Court in W.P.No.15431 of 2015 by order dated 02.06.2015 permitted the petitioner therein, in similar circumstances, to pay the additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. 5.Following the same, this Court also permits the petitioner to pay the Additional Current Consumption Deposit of Rs.83,75,169/- in six equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges commencing from the first week of June 2016. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
