This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to amend the name of the applicant in Judge's summon in A.No.1808 of 2023 which was wrongly mentioned as "Krishnan" instead of "Sumathy". P. DHANABAL, J.

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit and has filed an application in I.A.No.1808 of 2023 to alienate and deal with the two flats and also give necessary authority or power in favour of the promoter or any person nominated by him being the 50% of the UDS share and also the constructed flat. In the application, the name of the applicant/plaintiff has been wrongly mentioned in the Judges summon as "Krishnan" instead of "Sumathy" in page No.3 of the Judge's summons and therefore the typographical error is to be corrected.

3. The other side have not filed any counter affidavit in this application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the fact that the

name of the applicant has been wrongly mentioned as "Krishnan" instead of "Sumathy", the said typographical error requires correction and accordingly, this application is allowed.
