Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.(SR).No.683 of 2023 in F.C.O.P.No.174 of 2022, dated 31.03.2023, wherein, a request made by the petitioner had returned by the 1/4

learned trial Jude, on the ground that there is no necessity to proceed further with the maintenance case on day to day basis.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the petitioner is staying in United States of America and she is visiting India from 05.05.2023 to 14.06.2023.

4. Considering the nature of the case and circumstances explained by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned trial Judge is directed to number the I.A.(SR).No.683 of 2023 in F.C.O.P.No.174 of 2022 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 28.04.2023 ssi Index: Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No NOTE: Registry is directed to return the original I.A.(SR)No.683/2023.
