This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4899 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 in Cr.No.28 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of police, Vettavalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4899 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 in Cr.No.28 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of police, Vettavalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, is relaxed. 4.
