This application has been filed to implead the applicant as the 4th defendant in the suit.

2.The applicant is the member in the Club. He wants to implead himself in the suit. Other side has no serious objections. In view of the same, the application in A.No.5292 of 2017 is allowed and the applicant is permitted to be brought on record as a defendant. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. 3.At the request on either side, the matter is adjourned to 24.04.2018 and post the matter along with O.A.No.28 & 29 of 2018, A.No.977 & 978 of 2018 in C.S.No.24 of 2018 and also A.No.5445 & 5446 of 2017.
