The petitioner filed a statutory appeal before the first respondent challenging the order of the second respondent dated 03.03.2014. However, follow up action was not taken by the first respondent, resulting in filing this writ petition.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 03.03.2014. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
