ORDER

The learned Standing counsel for the respondents has placed before this Court a letter dated 02.12.2020 received by him from the respondents, which reads as follows :- As recommended by the Tender Committee to discharge the tenders due to administrative reasons and as accepted by the Accepting Authority, the tenders called for to carry out the above work vide above tender notice was discharged on 30.11.2020. Hence, it is requested that necessary action may please be initiated to disperse the above W.P. No.11093 of 2020.

2. Since, the subject tender has been discharged, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. After recording the letter referred to supra and after recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
