COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed challenging the disqualification under Section 463 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. The period of disqualification has already got over. In view of the same, the learned counsels appearing for the respective petitioners in these Company Petitions, would submit that the Company Petitions have now become infructuous. The said statement is recorded.
