Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order in connection with Crl.OP.No. 8822 of 2022 order dated 19.04.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiyagadurugam police station, and kallakurichi district and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.RAJAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8822 of 2022 on 19.04.2022, directing the petitioners to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) on instruction submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed and the final report is yet to be filed.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8822 of 2022 on 19.04.2022 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 19/05/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
