This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5675 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Thiruvannamalai and to report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in Spl.S.C.No.159 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5675 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
