The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2016, within a stipulated time.

Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was a Dharmakartha of ''Arulmigu Sri Iyyanaarappan Thirukoil'' at Kaddapanallur Village, Erode District in which the 4th respondent is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Poojari. It is further stated that the 4th respondent has involved in illegal activities of committing theft of the properties of the temple and prevented the petitioner from participating in the poojas. Aggrieved over the illegal acts of the 4th respondent, the petitioner sent a detailed representation dated 26.02.2016 to the 1st respondent and thereafter, he met the 1st respondent in person. 3.

The petitioner would further claim that the 1st respondent directed the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent, who in turn, directed the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent, however, the grievance of the petitioner was not attempted by the respondents and therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and I have also perused the records carefully. 5.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this Courts directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the 4th respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
