This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 358 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first and second respondents. Despite notice served to the third respondent and his name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the third respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
