O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the following condition that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 am., until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4396 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 on the file of the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner regularly appeared before the Court till 23.03.2020. Thereafter, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation and non availability of bus transport, she could not comply with the order regularly. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court on every hearing date, without fail and hence he seeks to modify the condition to that effect.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that though the petitioner regularly complied with the condition till 23.03.2020, thereafter, he is not complying with the conditions.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Court on receipt of summons.
