2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch and on such complaint being given, the same shall be assigned to the Inspector of Police, who shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with law.
