ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order dated 20.11.2017 passed in W.P.No.29585/2017 has been complied with. However, the respondents will be initiating action, if the building is without plan. That apart the concession/subsidy provided by the 3rd respondent, has been refused by the Petitioner for constructing Soak Pit and let out the drainage water.

2. The submission of the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded. Accordingly, the contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the Petitioner to challenge any of the action that may be initiated by the respondents provided the petitioner put up the construction in accordance with law.
