This Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is some typographical error in the order passed in this Writ Petition on 08.11.2023 in respect of mentioning of the year of this Writ Petition. In the order dated 08.11.2023, the year of the Writ Petition is wrongly mentioned as 2021 instead of 2020.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the year of the Writ Petition is corrected as 2020 instead of 2021.

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 08.11.2023 and issue a corrected copy of the order to the parties in this Writ Petition.
