Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in the order bearing No.RC.A1/1961/2014, dated 30.10.2014 passed by respondent No.1 and quashing the same and directing the first respondent to consider the community status of the petitioner and his wife and children for issuance of "Kurumans" Scheduled Tribe Community Certificates to them on the basis of the cultural report on "Kurumans" sent by respondent No.2 vide his letter dated 18.02.2015 to respondent No.1 and decide the same in accordance with law. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

" The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh WP on the basis of a fresh application that may be made citing the cultural report on Kurumans, dated 18.02.2015."

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised under the provisions of law. No costs.
