This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the matter relates to dispute between the Panchayat President and the Member in the council meeting. In the case of this nature, the police cannot be directed to enquire into. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies by approaching the appropriate higher authority, in accordance with law.
