ORDER

This petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.12 of 2018, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready in Crl.O.P.No.9201 of 2020, dated 23.06.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side, this court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.O.P.No.9201 of 2020, dated 23.06.2020, to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed not less than value of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.12 of 2018, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed. All other conditions shall stand as it is.

The time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
