This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest, pending investigation in Cr.No.449/2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petition is not maintainable under Sections 294(b), 355,427 of IPC.

4. Taking note of the fact that the petition is not maintainable under Section 294(b), 355,427 of IPC, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
