Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, pending consideration of the writ petition, the Regulations have been amended in conformity with the impugned circular.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the amended Regulations.

3. The said submission is taken on record.

4. In light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the amended Regulations in accordance with law.
