The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in CMA.No.10 of 2017, on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Madurantagam. After arguing the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would contend that since the suit is already in the issue stage, directions may be given for an early disposal of the suit.

Taking into consideration the above submission, this Court is inclined to dispose of the above Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif at Madurantagam to hear and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.195 of 2016, on or before 31.10.2019.
