Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 16.03.2022 in the Bail petition Crl.OP.6048/2022 in Crime No.172/2022 that "(C) the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigating Officer Daily at 10.30 a.m., Until further orders".
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 16.03.2022 in the bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.6048 of 2022 in Crime No.172 of 2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instruction submitted that the condition imposed by this Court was complied with by the petitioner till date. It was further submitted that the final report is yet to be filed in this case.

3.
