This application has been filed to extend the time for issuance of the Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 13/02/2009 in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in T.O.S. No. 23 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the applicant is directed to take steps for issuance of the Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 13/02/2009 in favour of the applicant within a period of two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
